checked out the area myself a couple days ago since I am through this area alot now. Its definitely an old railroad alignment yet the bridge has apparently been used for motor vehicles pretty recently. Possibly county vehicles but it has definitely seen use recently. no builder plaque or any other information from the structure itself.
