scratch that -- the attached photo is showing the bridge at Rocky Ford, some 3.3 miles west of the intersection of Old Route 66 and County Road 1400N (the old Rocky Ford road).

The old Route 66 Bridge crossed Salt Creek south of Lincoln, IL. A new Route 66 bridge opened upstream in 1942 when the Lincoln Parkway (a bypass) was constructed.
