Spring Road Bridge
Posted February 21, 2012, by Steve Conro (sconro [at] yahoo [dot] com)

I was talking to a local who walked up when I was shooting photo's and he said a semi truck tried to cross and broke the hole in it. Then they let a phone cable to be run across one side of bridge which he said blocked drainage holes. So I'm sure that won't help any.
