Project consists of the removal of the existing structure and construction of a single span precast prestressed concrete deck beam bridge (33" depth), aggregate approaches, earthwork and all other incidental items to complete the work on TR 34A, 1 mile southwest of Gilmore over Fulfer Creek; includes 233 unit tree removal; 271 cu yd earth and channel excavation; 655 cu yd furnished excavation; 92 ton porous granular embankment; 172 ton stone dumped riprap; 520 ton aggregate surface course; 1 removal of existing structures; 2,008 sq ft precast prestressed concrete deck beams; 3,560 lb reinforcement bars; 358 ft furnishing and driving piles; 21.6 cu yd concrete structures; federally funded; (A Special Provision for this contract requires insurance that names additional insureds).
