Ohio Street Bridge

Photos

North Face

The Ohio Street Bridge, like the Congress Parkway Bridge on the South Branch of the Chicago River, carries expressway traffic to and from downtown Chicago.

The Ohio Street Bridge(s) is(are) also like the Congress Parkway span in that the bridge is actually two, side-by-side, double-leaf bascule bridges.

Ohio Street acts as a feeder to and from the Kennedy Expressway, which carries
I-90 and I-94 through Chicago.
