If I was a betting man J.P., then I would say there is a pretty good chance that it could be this bridge that was located about 5 miles to the South:

Can't make out any other details except that it is a 5 panel through truss... and the Salt Fork Bridge was as well.

A call to the right person at the county highway department might answer if the span was relocated when it was replaced.

Found this bridge by accident, sits in a farm field, I'm guessing probably relocated here but I might be wrong. No Bing View sadly so not much detail from Google Earth.
