UP - Plum River Bridge

The referenced source article talks about Mt Carroll, Illinois being the home of the bridge operator, not the location of the bridge. The bridge is already listed on Bridgehunter, and is over the Mississippi River, not the Plum River, and is down the Mississippi, at Clinton, Iowa.

It's a good thing the bridge is movable.

I don't think the picture is this bridge, nor is it refered to as the Clinton Rail Bridge. The Plum River isn't nearly big enough for a swing bridge here. Its probably only 100-150' wide. Plus Clinton is miles down river.
