Description 

"In 1907, another steel bridge was erected. This bridge pier or foundation was still in place in the power or "dry" channel until it was removed as part of the bulb turbine project in 1981. However, that steel span was moved upstream to Johns Hole about 1928 in order to make way for a new concrete bridge."
