I imagine the new bridge was built in 2011/12. After the new bridge was put into service, the old one was removed in 2013.

Replaced in 2011/12, and removed 2013???? I don't get this. An explanation is needed to justify this waste of money. Esp considering the fact that this was the only DM crossing at this spot....
