Guy doesn't know the difference between a "superstructure" and a "substructure"...... might be part of the problem right there!

I see lots of parks on that map......sure would be nice to have a walking bridge to connect some of them........

I believe this road is also called Race Street and furthermore, that this bridge is slated for demolition:
