Description 

Bridge spotted being hauled by a City of Davenport truck, in the flooded parking lot of Modern Woodmen Park, a baseball stadium on the banks of the Mississippi River. It had been used to provide access to the stadium during the river flooding in late spring 2013, and will be returned to storage.
