Old Rock Island logo barely visible on both the North and South sides of the bridge. March 2013.

It should lead to a date on the bridge. I cannot find one, and no source (including the ex US army corp of engineers officer who surveyed all the bridges in the area over the river) could find a date on this bridge

Well,WB may be westbound, and EzB might be eastbound. Not sure about the numbers.

This was once a 2 track bridge the southern track has been long ago abandoned.
