Description

The spillway structure underneath has been a feature of the lagoon since it was constructed (The land on which Weed Park is built was donated to the city in 1899, I don't know if the lagoon was built at that time or when it was built.). The crossing over the spillway feature has had many different bridges. I do not know when this one was built, but it appears to have been built by the local Rotary Club.
