Cedar Valley Nature Trail - Fishel Road Overpass
Posted May 27, 2022, by Anonymous

The bridge was closed in January 10, 2022 due to an ABC Disposal garbage truck operator driving their truck into the bridge.

It was reopened following repairs on May 26, 2022. A relatively speedy recovery for a trail bridge replacement.

The new deck will support lighter use, and so the base of the deck is about a foot higher than the previous bridge. Hopefully the garbage trucks don't keep getting bigger!
