CRandIC - Summit Hills Overpass

Map

Description

Was the only way to an unincorporated and demonstrably poor suburb of Coralville named "Summit Hills", which was surrounded, but not part of the city of Coralville until it was "annexed" in 1969. However, Coralville subsequently abandoned the residents of Summit Hills until they sued the city in 1971, litigation that wasn't fully dealt with until 1980.
