Some of the connections are bolted and it looks like some of the members are rolled shapes. That would indicate a 50s or 60s bridge, but the built up shapes are riveted and would be somewhat unusual for 1960.

Maybe some older parts were re-used in this bridge, or it was significantly altered when if it was moved in 1960.
