Ruggles' Bridge

This bridge probably was removed in 1925 and replaced with this one http://bridgehunter.com/ia/floyd/winnebago-river.

One O.M. Rugles owned land just to the west of the Winnebago river bridge, as shown on the 1895 Floyd County Atlas.
