Since I do not know the bridge build date, but assume 1901, it would have been built by M&STL when Iowa Central was a subsidiary before merging completely...

According to the postcard in the link, the Iowa Central was using the bridge (the M&StL bought the Iowa Central), so could it be that the Iowa Central built this bridge?
