This bridge was erected by the Georgia Railway and Electric Company as part of its Cooper St-Inman Yards streetcar line. The structure was most likely erected when the line was extended for workers of the Inman Yards c. 1905.

Pretty clearly relocated from somewhere else. It appears that the trusses were actually rather unaltered when the photos were taken
