Guessing at Build date and Builder

Written by John Cross

I am only guessing here as I could not reach the bridge through private property. The bridge downstream on the same line was built 1919 by the Virginia Bridge & Iron Co., so I imagine this bridge is similar but home someone can do further research and please update information.
