Aqueduct Number 5 over Eel River for Wabash and Erie Canal (Cass County, Indiana)Canal opened Logansport up for trade, but this aqueduct played an important role in crossing the Eel River on it route from Toledo to Evansville during the mid 1800's. Canal was abandoned in 1876.
