Built 1895 by the Pencoyd Bridge & Construction Co. Abutments rehabilitated in 1908 and 1913. Opened to vehicular traffic in 1974.

Old Pinnacle Road Bridge (Cheatham County, Tennessee)
The Nashville, Chattanooga and St. Louis Railroad installed the two truss spans in 1898 and the Virginia Bridge and Iron Co. fabricated the plate girder in 1911. In 1922 the County acquired the bridge for a roadway.
