Aqueduct Number 5 over Eel River for Wabash and Erie Canal (Cass County, Indiana)
Canal opened Logansport up for trade, but this aqueduct played an important role in crossing the Eel River on it route from Toledo to Evansville during the mid 1800's. Canal was abandoned in 1876.

Built 1993. Must have been built as part of a reroute of Minnow Creek as old Concrete bridge appears to be Immediately East of Culvert with underside filled in and broken side wall on North side.

FT. W&WV/Wabash Overpass (Cass County, Indiana)
Built to carry two interurban lines over the former Wabash Railway. Interurban lines came together to the East of bridge and used this line to get to Logansport. Built over old Wabash and Erie Canal right of way. Canal lock remnants still nearby.

Logansport 3rd St. Wabash River Bridge (Cass County, Indiana)
Originally crossed by wooden bridges, and later Iron through truss. At one time Fort Wayne and Wabash Valley Traction Company had a track across the East side of Iron truss bridge until it's abandonment. Later a Concrete Arch bridge was here.

PRR/UTC Overpass (Cass County, Indiana)
IUT Traction Company(later Indiana Railroad) went under the double tracked Panhandle(Pennsylvania RR) before arriving at the Wabash River and soon Logansport. Abutments are still there, bridge filled in and WSRY still runs the line overhead.

River Bluff Trail - Horney Creek Bridge (Cass County, Indiana)
This rail line has quite the storied history of many owners, abandoned about 1968 or sooner, about a mile around this bridge was made into a paved trail. Bridge deck replaced completely. I am not sure if timber pilings remain from original.

Built probably by interurban so this pioneer county road could get across, was also a station stop for interurban. Today US 35/24 go thru here on fill and no traces remain of old bridge.
