Mowat Construction is one of the leading contractors in the Pacific Northwest. Established in 1964, Mowat has made a name for itself in the bridge construction market by completing many large scale projects throughout the Northwest. Mowat has also completed the construction on many new innovative pedestrian structures in Western Oregon, including the DeFazio Bridge in Eugene and the McLoughlin Boulevard Bridge in Milwaukie.

Recently Mowat has built a reputation as one of the Pacific Northwest's leading bridges restoration and rehabilitation contractor. Mowat has completed rehabilitation work on many signature bridges in Alaska, Oregon and Washington.
