Sacramento River at Elkhorn, Hwy 5

This Bridge is really a very interesting one. The photos don't give the span or height justice. The fact that the west runway to this bridge is built on hundreds of 2' peirs crossing acres of rice fields just make it that much more fun.

Makes me sad and nervous it is 'Structurally deficient'. Oh how I loath the subjective analysis of a quick glance and pat on a structure.
