As stated, the bridge is out of service, UP hopes to have it open by September.

Bridge received major damage from wildfire on June 29, 2021. Out of service at this time. (7/4/21)

As of August 1 UP has trains moving again over the bridge.
To my understanding they had to remove all 19 plate girder spans to be replaced or heat straightened.

Forty foot spans from Laramie, WY were brought in to replace shorter spans.
