Design
The Elk Creek Road Bridge is a 250-foot Parker through truss. The bridge has 300-feet of rolled steel girder approach spans split between the two approaches. The railing is different heights on each side of the bridge, the pedestrian rail on the north side being about a foot taller than the traffic rail.
