Sutter Slough Bridge
Posted May 3, 2011, by Yolo County Historical Museum (ychmoffice [at] sbcglobal [dot] net)

We have a large steel plate dated 1928 L.E. Hutchings-Sup.

A.G. Proctor-Eng. It appears it was once on a bridge or cement monument. The screws and mountings are with it. We are trying to find out were it might have been mounted.
