Description
This bridge was built in 1923 by the Strauss Bauscle bridge Company.
It is similar to the other bauscle spans near Sacramento. Most of the water traffic though the bridge is boats carrying produce headed for Cortland.

This bridge is known as the Paintersville Bridge, designed by the Strauss Engineering Company. The contractor was Moore Dry Dock Company of Oakland and the Sacramento County engineer at the time of its contstruction was Charles W. Deterding, Jr.
