Auburn Road Bridge
Posted March 9, 2011, by Dai Meagher, CPA (DaiMeagher [at] yahoo [dot] com)

This bridge has been gifted by the Nevada County (California) Board of Supervisors on March 8 2011 (resolution 11-101) to Mr. James Grill of Nevada County. The bridge is to be re-assembled on Mr. Grill's private property in Nevada County by March 30, 2012.

Mr. Doug Farrell, Director of Public Works can provide additional information. His office phone is (530) 265-1411. His office fax is (530) 265-9849. His email address is: Doug.Farrell@co.nevada.ca.us

In the unlikely event that Mr. Grill is unable to erect the bridge, it will return to the Public Works Department of Nevada County. At that point, scraping the bridge would reportedly be permitted by current California law.
