There is no end to the number of movies / TV shows / commercials filmed here. There was a scene for example from Barton Fink set at the same intersection East Observatory Road and Vermont Canyon Canyon Road meet right before this tunnel. Likewise there was scene from "War Games" where it was the entrance to NORAD. It would seem that in the TV Show "The OC" (which I myself have never seen) Marissa Cooper dies in a car accident there as well. I recall an episode "Mission Impossible" where the tunnel showed up.

This is also the tunnel in Back to the Future Part II that Biff chases Marty while he rides a Hoverboard. I know it because i looked it up.

You can't fool me! This is the tunnel to Toon Town! If you doubt me watch "Who Framed Rodger Rabbit?". It also shows up in many television shows and advertisements because it looks like a place in the remote mountains but it is in the city park between Burbank and LA.
