I don't think a bridge could be any uglier than the current one.
I just checked photo #2 of the Current River Beach bridge near Biggers, Ar. That photo is on highway 67 and not the bridge on 328 as was indicated on your map. I do remember the Beach bridge also as it was quite a hot spot during the 30s and 40s.
According to your information a bridge was built in 1930 on Current River on road 328 near Reyno, Ar. When was the 1930 bridge destroyed? I don't remember seeing the bridge but remember a ferry on 328 in 40s and 50s. From then I moved out of state. The ferry that we used was run by a man named Naaman Hurst. When I returned to the location years later I was surprised they had a bridge there. Am including a photo of the ferry during the that time.
