Mystery Bridge?

Written by J Randall Houp

This bridge built circa 1930 is a relocated bridge. The current owners of this property stated that this bridge came from the Morrison Bluff area in northern Logan County. They bought the property from a man that owned a construction company. He moved the bridge to this location and reassembled it on this property. Speculation on my part that it possibly spanned Cane Creek, in Logan County, but exact location not known.

Note: I am a bridgehunter and a bridge historian, but I am not a bridge engineer or have knowledge of what type bridge this is. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. To me this is just a long pony and would like to know the exact bridge type. Thanx!!

Please remember this is private property; look out for barbed wire and fresh cow patties!!
