Not-Fred's perspectives are showing improvement.
Visited this bridge at 3:00 pm on 19 November 2006. Guardrail on the north end (left side) is bent away. Profile photo was not easily obtainable due to overgrowth. Water was sluggish to stagnant.

I visited this bridge on 10-15-2011. It is in really poor condition. I had hoped to cross it to reach the South Boat Ditch Bridge and started to cross it and thought better of it. The main span is lower on the north end and new boards have been placed to make up for the drop off. Two trucks crossed while I was there and the drop was still very pronounced so I didn't cross it in my car. Many of the cross-deck boards are severely deteriorated as well as the outside edge boards. I got the feeling that if you drove off the running boards, you would likely drop a tire through.
