I Wouldn't say its this is 100% correct but I believe the shadow is tricking you into seeing a pony truss. If you look at the bridge at North St W over Town Creek the shadow looks similar but on street view its clearly not a truss. Just my 2 cents.

This bridge looks like a truss, someone please help me with this one. The NBI says it is a stringer.
